Create a night time ritual, massage Hush Hush all over the affected areas on the body to help relax before bedtime and reduce night time itching.
Take a small amount of Hush Hush into your hand, massage into the affected skin areas gently, until absorbed. Take special care of affected areas where any irritation or rash is visible. Be very gentle in these areas. Apply any time of the day or night when itching or irritation occurs.

Chamomile is one of the most ancient medicinal herbs known to mankind. The dried flowers of chamomile contain many terpenoids and flavonoids contributing to its medicinal properties. Topical applications of chamomile have been shown to be moderately effective in the treatment of atopic eczema. It was found to be about 60% as effective as 0.25% hydrocortisone cream.
