Processing orders
Please note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If we will need to make a production before your order can be shipped and will therefore be delayed in shipping your products we will inform you via email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Due to corona we are experiencing postal service problems that are outside of our control. We try to give the most accurate estimate of shipping times at the checkout.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. This is a rare occurrence. If it does occur Lanolia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you have chosen a shipping option at the checkout which includes tracking (express shipping or registered shipping), when your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days (for domestic deliveries) or 30 days (for international deliveries) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at karin@lanolia.ie with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We will keep in touch with you regularly until your package has been delivered, even if no tracking information is available for your order.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Here is a summary:
We accept returns up to 30 days after receiving your goods, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at karin@lanolia.ie with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will ship you a replacement for any damages occurred during shipping.
